Qualifications:  Graduate or Post Graduate

Desired Profile:  Ladies or gentlemen possessing excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English. Must have a rich US Healthcare BPO experience. Must be familiar with the entire cycle of the US Healthcare system. Candidate who has been involved from the start up stage in such BPOs would be preferred. Candidate must have a complete understanding of the US Healthcare System. A thorough or even reasonable understanding of the infrastructural requirements of such a BPO would be an added advantage. Should be in a position to give recommendations and suggestions on the above to the IT team.

Job Description:  

• Will be heading and providing functional leadership to the operations if the BPO team of around 300
• Overlook daily operations and strategic guidance
• Responsible for work force management and cost effectiveness
• Manage operational activities and challenges of allocated division of BPOs to deliver high quality service against stringent time lines
• Establish mechanisms to ensure enhancement in the overall productivity, volume and competence levels of the BPO division through strategic interventions as and when required.
• Create and mentor his own team
• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key members of the client team
• Focus on areas of non-conventional growth and/or revenue streams
• Innovate and constantly think out -of -the -box solutions.
