As Senior Vice-President, Andal is responsible for structuring solutions for clients and providing deliverables. She specializes in the same, in addition to understanding the health and wellness business and utilizing her negotiation skills.
Andal carries an experience spanning more than fifteen years in financial services, telecommunication, branding, communication and currently handling global client delivery, marketing & communication in the first consumer directed healthcare company in India.
Andal is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Osmania University and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree with specialisation in Finance from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
She has been on the journey with Cecilia since the onset and has continuously and consistently managed our initiatives and ventures. She also manages Human Resources and contrary to contemporary trends associated with that, she remains popular with all our teams! |
